The properties offer some 33,000 m2 of office space and 816 parking spaces. Adequa is an ongoing business park project which will be home among others to the local headquarters of Renault, occupying a 100-metre high tower currently under construction.
Also in the Spanish capital, CB Richard Ellis said this week that it has been appointed to market the last available office building within the Cristalia business park, in the Campo de las Naciones district. The 4B property consists of 11,000 m2 of office space across six storeys and 202 parking spaces. It is a LEED-certified building and will be marketed as corporate head office for local and international companies.
Major tenants in the Cristalia park include Banesto, Iberdrola Renovables, Metro and General Dynamics.
