Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Pavel Schanka, Virginie de Baere and Dorota Chomuntowska to the Central & Eastern European and Polish property management team.
Pavel Schanka joins as head of property management for the Czech Republic and CEE and will be responsible for property management services across the CEE region.
He spent three years with Unicredit Bank in its Commercial Real Estate Financing team before joining CBRE in 2005, where he became head of capital markets for the Czech Republic and later CEE director of capital markets. In 2010, he joined GE Capital Real Estate as CEE head of asset management responsible for all of GE Real Estate’s assets in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania.
As head of property management in Poland, Virginie de Baere will be responsible for the growth and management of JLL's property management business and the provision of services to retail, office, industrial clients in Poland.
Dorota Chomuntowska will take on the role of director of retail operations within the property management team in Poland. She previously worked as a shopping centre director at Apsys Management and TK Polska Operations, country manager at EMCM Poland and recently as director of retail operations at Colliers International.
Chomuntowska will oversee the retail property management operations, team and clients, reporting directly to De Baere.
