JLL today announced two strategic hires for its Corporate Solutions business with the hire of Cheryl Carron and Helena Skjeld.
Carron joins JLL as global operations lead, experience services and facilities management, and Helena Skjeld joins as EMEA operations lead, experience services and Facilities Management. Together, these two industry veterans have a combined 50 years of real estate and facilities management experience, working across a diverse set of industries and geographies.

Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and reporting directly to Braasch, Carron will lead a global team of experts responsible for adapting JLL’s global experience services and facilities management products for clients’ local, regional and global portfolios.
Based in Malmo, Sweden and reporting directly to Carron, Skjeld will lead delivery for all experience and facilities management products across EMEA. Additionally, she will be responsible for advancing JLL’s talent strategy in the critical field of experience services and facilities management within the region.
Skjeld was most recently the director of Services at the Scania Region in Sweden, where she was responsible for all facilities management and experience services to all hospitals and clinics. Before that, she held a position as the Global Facility Manager for IKEA, responsible for the creation, strategic development and business transformation for the company’s facilities management business in 27 countries.
