The decision is part of a firm's growth strategy in the EMEA region where it sees potential for boosting revenues over the next few years.
Based in Warsaw, the four-person team will service clients in the entire CEE and is a part of a wider Capital Markets group headed by Tomasz Trzós³o. The key service areas of the Corporate Finance team are equity and debt advisory, consultancy advice on mergers & acquisitions, and Real Estate Work Out (REWO) such as advisory for banks, loan servicers, and owners of property who have or are involved in stressed, distressed or no longer core assets.
Mepham has been living in Central and Eastern Europe for more than 10 years working on a cross border basis. He has implemented complex multi-party transaction structures working with private sector multi-nationals, banks and financial institutions.
