Property adviser Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has announced the acquisition of Kemper's Group in Germany. JLL expects to complete the transaction by May 2008, subject to approval by Germany's Monopolies and Mergers Commission. The acquisition will increase the number of JLL employees in Germany to 500.
Property adviser Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has announced the acquisition of Kemper's Group in Germany. JLL expects to complete the transaction by May 2008, subject to approval by Germany's Monopolies and Mergers Commission. The acquisition will increase the number of JLL employees in Germany to 500.
Kemper's currently employs 145 people in its nine offices throughout Germany. It provides investment, leasing, consulting, valuation and management services. The acquisition will provide JLL with three new locations in the country, in Leipzig, Cologne and Hannover, giving them a presence in 10 German cities overall.
