Kenzo Capital Corporation has formed a partnership with iii-investments and Metzler Real Estate to provide access to the Japanese real estate market for German institutional investors.

Kenzo Capital Corporation has formed a partnership with iii-investments and Metzler Real Estate to provide access to the Japanese real estate market for German institutional investors.

Together with its subsidiary Kenzo Japan Real Estate in Munich, which will act as placement and contact agent, Kenzo will offer investments in Japan through the special fund Kenzo Japan Residential Fund.

Kenzo Capital Corporation was founded in 2008 to create real estate investment opportunities in Japan for German investors. Its Munich operation Kenzo Japan Real Estate was established in December 2011 as a bridge between the two markets.

iii-investments is a German real estate investment company which forms part of UniCredit Bank. It has access to the international network of the UniCredit Group in 22 European countries and manages total assets of EUR 4.4 bn, of which institutional investors account for more than EUR 4 bn.

Frankfurt-based Metzler Real Estate will provide structuring support to Kenzo and act as fund manager.
