Germany's IVG Development has sold the Europa Europark Fichtenhain B project development in the Western German city of Krefeld for an undisclosed amount. The property will consist of a four-storey office and administration building connected to a facility for production, service, and shipping of goods. The buyer is a private investor, IVG said in a statement released on Tuesday. Transfer of ownership will take place in the fourth quarter of 2008.

Manufacturer Bonfiglioli Vectron will occupy around 5,800 m2 of space in the building when it is completed at the end of 2008. The property also offers 93 parking spaces.
