Canadian investor Ivanhoé Cambridge has acquired an office property in the City of London for £170 mln (€238 mln).
The property, 3 Minster Court, is a 25,600 m2 neo-gothic building located in London’s EC3 district. It was built in the early 1990s by insurer Prudential and is leased to the London Underwriting Center.
'3 Minster Court meets our investment objective to build critical mass of high-quality assets in London. EC3 is one of the most sought-after office markets in London. We believe we can add value to the property over time,' said Meka Brunel, executive vice president for Europe at Ivanhoé Cambridge.
Greycoat, FREO and DTZ acted for Ivanhoé Cambridge.
