Italian asset manager Kervis Sgr has acquired a portfolio of six mixed-use buildings across Italy from the Cariplo pension fund.
Located in the Lombardy region, the residential, offices, and retail assets provide a total gross area of about 54,000 m2. Three assets are located in Milan; in Via Venezia Giulia 5A (offices); Via Frua 21/10 (residential, offices); and Corso San Gottardo 1 (residential, offices, retail). One property is located in Pioltello (offices), one in Legnano (offices) and one in Lecco (offices and retail).
Although the financial details were not disclosed, advisor Dils which brokered the deal said that the sale represents one of the most ‘significant transactions’ in Milan in the first part of the year, in terms of amount invested.
