Italian asset manager DeA Capital Real Estate has announced the hire of Ashley Marks as head of capital advisory with the aim to further develop its international fundraising platform.
Marks has over 20 years of experience in capital advisory: including being the former head of the JLL’s Private Funds Advisory team and director of Capra Global Partners (now part of JLL).
His last role was partner of Newbridge Global Partners. At DeA Capital Real Estate, he has been tasked with supporting the pan-European growth strategy of the DeA Capital platform.

Our latest strategy is the Luxembourg domiciled DEAREIF I Pan-European Fund with a Refurbish to Core and ESG focus on core European city locations,’ commented Emanuele Caniggia, CEO of DeA Capital Real Estate SGR and head of Real Estate at DeA Capital. ‘This supports the commitment of Dea Capital to the growth and development of activities of our pan-European platform that now includes offices in Italy, France, Germany, Spain and Poland.
