'We expect this fund to reach a market capitalisation of about EUR 350 mln,' said Cozzolino. The vehicle will mainly invest in industrial, logistics, office assets as well as hotels. Next October, the competent regional authorities will select the private company to manage the fund when it launches in the second half of 2008.
