Italian property firm Percassi has named Piergiulio Dentice di Accadia as its new head of real estate development.

Dentice di Accadia has over 20 years' experience in international real estate, having held executive roles in project and construction management, asset and fund managment and development.

He joins from Lendlease, where he has managed the development division since setting it up in 2012. He has also held positions at CBRE Global Investors and Savills IM.

Dentice di Accadia graduated in civil engineering before obtaining an Executive MBA from Milan's Bocconi University. Dentice di Accadia is also a lecturer in development management and a member of the scientific committee at Luiss Business School and a member of the advisory council of Tor Vergata University.
