Inchydoney Partnership, a consortium of Irish investors, has bought the Dolce Fregate hotel in the Southern French port town of Bandol for an undisclosed amount. Located near Marseilles and Toulon Airport, Dolce Fregate is a four-star resort hotel with 133 rooms and two adjoining golf courses. The hotel also features a 200-person convention hall and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The seller, Dolce/AEW LP, a joint venture between AEW Partners II LP and Dolce International, was advised by HVS Hodges Ward Elliott.
