GNT Gdansk, an investment company backed by Irish capital, has acquired a 20,000 m2 office building in the Polish port city of Gdansk. The investment volume was not disclosed.

GNT Gdansk, an investment company backed by Irish capital, has acquired a 20,000 m2 office building in the Polish port city of Gdansk. The investment volume was not disclosed.

JLL advised Euro Styl, a developer active in the Tri-City area of Poland, on the sale of the property, BPH Office Park.

BPH Office Park is situated in the Jasieñ district of Gdañsk, 10 kilometers west of the city centre. The complex consists of three buildings A, B & C. Buildings A & B were completed in July 2013, while building C was brought to the market in January 2014. The complex is fully let to Bank BPH (GE Capital Group) on a long-term lease agreement.

JLL advised on both investment transactions in the Tri-City area in 2014 (Alfa Plaza and the BPH Office Park).
