Luxembourg-based real estate manager Iremis has joined forces with Intreal Luxembourg to launch their first real estate investment fund in the hospitality segment
Iremis Hotel Immobilienfonds I will target investments in the hotel asset class.
Intreal Luxembourg will act as the alternative investment fund manager and central administrator for the fund, which takes the form of a SCS Sicav-Raif.
The management team of Iremis expects the current hotel real estate market to see transformation and volatility and opportunities as a result.

Intreal Luxembourg has around €2 bn in assets under management.
