Invesco Real Estate and its Nordic operating partner, Scius Partners, have sold Skanska’s head office in Stockholm to a real estate fund managed by DWS for an undisclosed amount.
The property comprises 20,500 m2 with LEED Platinum certification and is located on Kungsholmen close to the subway station Stadshagen.
It was completed in 2013/2014 and was acquired by Invesco Real Estate from Skanska in Q3 2014.
