The two-year Pfandbrief placed by real estate lender Eurohypo last month was oversubscribed by 20%.
Around 77 investors subscribed to the jumbo mortgage issue, which will mature on 1 October 2013 and has an interest warrant of 1.875%. The issue’s spread was in line with the market at 35 basis points above the swap average.
The transaction was overseen by a consortium of banks comprising Commerzbank, Barclays, DZ Bank, Nord LB and UniCredit.
