French investors Foncière Atland and Perial Asset Management have signed a preliminary agreement to acquire a portfolio of 94 car service centres in France operated by Speedy.

French investors Foncière Atland and Perial Asset Management have signed a preliminary agreement to acquire a portfolio of 94 car service centres in France operated by Speedy.

The transaction price comes to €36 mln.

The properties, located throughout the country, provide a total space of 33,000 m2. The leases are guaranteed through Speedy's parent group, French tyre and exhaust manufacturer Kwik-Fit.

On completion of the deal, Foncière Atland will own 36 assets while funds managed by Perial AM will control the remaining 58 assets.

The vendor and the buyer were advised by law firm Cheuvreux.
