Invesco’s European head of real estate asset management in charge of the firm’s $14.6 bn (€12.3 bn) portfolio is leaving the group to pursue impact investing.
Etienne Dupuy has served as head of real estate asset management and ESG in Europe for more than six years, working with a team of 28 asset managers plus core, value add and opportunistic projects in 13 countries.
Invesco says he will leave at the end of September and has been replaced by Anna Duchnowska, who joined Invesco in 2014.
She joined the firm’s office in Warsaw where she oversaw the asset management of all investments in Poland.
