Invesco Real Estate is reportedly buying the Futurama Business Park in the Karlín district of Prague from Austrian developer Erste Group Immorent, according to a report by Europroperty. The deal is believed to be worth some EUR 50 mln. Invesco declined to comment on the report.

Futurama is Erste Group Immorent's largest development project in the Czech Republic. It will provide a total of 40,000 m2 of office space across five buildings on completion. Phase I involving 16,000 m2 was completed in 2009. Tenants include Clearstream Operations Prague of Deutsche Börse Group, Teva Pharmaceuticals ÈR, Parexel International Czech Republic, Benteler ÈR.
The complex was the first project in the Czech Republic to receive BREEAM environmentally-sustainable certification.
