Fund manager Internos has sold two retail warehouse centres in Pocking, Lower Bavaria, to an affiliate of MCAP Global Finance.
The sale was carried out on behalf of Invista European RE Pocking PropCo. Financial details were not disclosed.
One of the properties is a retail warehouse centre at Bürgermeister-Schönbauer-Strasse 4-8. Constructed in 2005, it has a lettable area of approximately 9,800 m2. The occupiers are an OBI DIY and garden centre, with a Netto discounter and beverage store (Markgrafen) in a separate building. The property includes around 340 parking spaces.
The other property is a retail warehouse centre at Füssinger Straße 1, 4a, which was built in 1976 and comprehensively refurbished in 2005. The main tenants of the property, which has a total lettable area of around 8,500 m2, is KiK, an Expert home electronics store, Tedi and Fressnapf. The site of around 16,400 m2 includes some 300 parking spaces.
The average unexpired lease term in both properties is around eight years.
