Internos Global Investors, the €3.9 bn owner-managed real estate fund management firm, has sold a portfolio of three office buildings located in the south west of France for a total of €22.2 mln.

The sale was completed by Internos on behalf of an unnamed Swedish pension fund.

Two of the office buildings are located near Bordeaux in Mérignac and Floirac and one in the Basso Combo district of Toulouse. The three buildings comprise a total of 15,000 m2 and are fully let with a weighted unexpired lease term of 4.3 years.

'The decision to dispose of these assets was taken following the completion of their individual asset management programmes. It also follows a successful period of disposals last year, in which we returned a significant amount of capital to investors,' said Guillaume Masset, head of France at Internos.

C&C Associes advised Internos.
