Internos Global Investors has sold an office building in Frankfurt on behalf of one of the funds it manages.
The buyer is a private investor represented by the German Cells Group, which comprises the development company Cells Bauwelt and the asset and property manager Cells Property Investors.
The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. Savills advised the buyer in the transaction, while GSK Stockmann + Kollegen provided legal advice to the vendor.
The building, constructed in 2003, has a total lettable area of 5,816 m2. It is fully let, with the major tenants including Amadeus Fire and Svenska Handelsbanken.
Internos is a pan-European real estate fund manager with €3.7 bn of assets under management.
