Pan-European investment manager Internos has sold 13 assets held within the Dutch Active Fund for about €24 mln.

The transaction with the unnamed buyer covered nine office buildings and two industrial buildings, totalling 35,700 m2, in various locations across the Netherlands.

'This sale is a great result for the fund in a challenging market. It also demonstrates the importance of having locally-based teams of asset managers who know both the assets and local buyer market,' said
Daan Schuurman, head of asset management for Internos in the Benelux region

Cushman & Wakefield advised Internos on the sale and Allen & Overy was the legal adviser. DTZ Zadelhoff and Houthoff Buruma advised the purchaser.
