Internos Global Investors has mandated Cushman & Wakefield to provide property and centre management services for two shopping centers in Kelheim and Straubing, Germany.
The malls, controlled by one of Internos' managed segregated account, provide a total lettable area of 60,000 m2.
In a statement, C&W said 'the focus of the mandate is the support and execution of the strategic realignment of both centres including centre and active tenant management'.
The mandate expands C&W’s long association with Internos Global Investors in Europe to include Germany, said Nina Jansen and Andreas Gast, Co-Heads of Property & Asset Management at C&W in Germany. 'This further collaboration is largely thanks to our many years of experience in the retail property sector.'
