The assets provide 70,000 m2 of leasable area and were held by two funds.

As part of the mandate to dispose of assets from the former Invista European Real Estate Trust (IERET) portfolio, Internos sold an 18,000 m2 office building located in Cergy (Ile De France), to a private investor; a 22,000 m2 logistics building in Bouc Bel Air (Marseilles), to a developer and a 15,000 m2 logistics building in Louviers (Rouen), to an owner-occupier.

Internos was appointed to manage the portfolio in 2011 to maximise value from the assets as part of an orderly disposal programme.

Internos has also disposed of a 15,000 m2 office building in Mondeville (Caen) from the Celsius fund to a private investor. Ahead of the sale, Internos secured a long-term lease with Carrefour on the whole building.

Guillaume Masset (pictured), head of Benelux and Southern Europe at Internos, commented: 'These disposals demonstrate our ability to maximise returns to investors as part of a specific disposition strategy on these two particular mandates.'
