European fund manager Internos has sold the last three assets held in the Benelux Industrial Partnership (BIP) portfolio in the Netherlands for €22.7 mln.

A local investor acquired a 18,775 m2 light-industrial building in Rotterdam. In a separate transaction Internos disposed of a 9,125 m2 light-industrial property in Dordrecht and a 18,150 m2 asset in Rotterdam to MStar Netherlands 2 Holding.

These were the last assets held by BIP, which originally comprised 36 light industrial properties located across the Netherlands and Germany. At its largest the portfolio totalled 376,500 m2 with over 300 tenants.

During its management Internos renewed 124 leases representing a total floor area of 103,000 m2 and an equivalent annual rent of €6.2 mln.
