The complex consists of three office properties, offering some 14,000 m2 of office space as well as a basement parking for 160 cars. The main tenant, the Society of German Engineers (VDI), will be moving into new headquarters at Airport City by end 2008.
The new owner plans an extensive refurbishment and to install professional asset management. Colliers Trombello Kölbel will continue to advise the investment company on making best use of the value appreciation potential of the property.
