Student-housing specialist International Campus has announced that its latest student and young professional residential scheme, The Fizz Vienna, will open with 632 apartments in October.

The apartment building, the developer's first in the Austrian capital, launches on 1 October on Dresdner Straße in the city's 20th district, Brigittenau. Comprising around 22,000 m2 over eight floors, it also features 350 cycle spaces and 81 parking spaces, plus communal areas.
The 1,150 m2 commercial unit on the ground floor has been leased to a fitness studio operator of the Clever-Fit group on a long-term basis.
