Student housing and micro-living specialist International Campus Group has appointed Cornelia Kausch as its new chief operating officer (COO) from 1 February.
Hospitality expert Kausch has over 30 years of national and international experience in the hotel, catering and tourism sectors. She has a degree in hospitality from EHL Lausanne and is the managing director of her own consulting firm, CK Hospitality Advisors.
Kausch previously worked in managerial and consulting roles for Dorint Hotels Berlin/Brandenburg, the Corinthia Hotel in Budapest and the largest European hotel property owner, Pandox AB, among others.

'Kausch has more than 30 years' experience in hospitality and extensive international knowledge. Together with Rainer Nonnengässer and Patrick Hanisch, the management team will expand and grow International Campus as a developer, operator and investor for student apartments and co-living products in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and CEE.'

The International Campus Group is currently planning, developing or operating around 12,000 apartments in Central and Eastern Europe.
