Student and micro-living specialist International Campus Group has appointed Rainer Nonnengässer as CEO, effective 1 January.
Nonnengässer has more than 20 years’ experience across the finance and real estate sectors, and was most recently CEO of student-housing firm Youniq. He previously held roles as the CEO of micro-living at MPC Capital, which operates student apartments under the Staytoo brand, and as a managing director at AXA Real Estate.

'Rainer has extensive experience in the micro-living and student housing sectors, which combined with his finance and real estate experience, networks and energy, make him the ideal candidate to lead IC in the next stage of its growth strategy,' Vaughan added.
