Student housing operator International Campus has appointed Patrick Hanisch as chief financial officer.

Student housing operator International Campus has appointed Patrick Hanisch as chief financial officer.

Hanisch is currently commercial director at International Campus, a post he has held since 2013.

Before joining the company, he worked in various positions at GI Partners in Munich and RREEF (former RREEF Infrastructure) as well as Oliver Wyman in London, where he was involved in private equity, investment services and corporate management in different real estate segments.

Munich-based International Campus currently operates more than 3,000 student apartments at 11 locations throughout Germany. The company also has a portfolio comprising around 2,000 student apartments in the Netherlands.
