Stapf joined IC in late 2020 and as chief investment officer (CIO) is responsible for driving growth through investments, acquisitions and project development.  While Germany, Austria and the Netherlands are core regions for International Campus, the Czech Republic and Poland are growing target markets.

‘We want to pursue our expansion throughout Europe and are pleased to welcome Michael Stapf on board as an experienced real estate expert who will significantly shape our continued development,’ commented CEO Rainer Nonnengässer.

Stapf joins International Campus from project development company Groß & Partner, where he worked for over 18 years, most recently as a member of the management team.

During this period, he oversaw different district developments and numerous project developments for hotels, offices and residential purposes. He also headed up the letting department for many years and was responsible for the letting and development of single-tenant buildings. Prior to this, he gained several years of experience as a construction and project manager at Bilfinger & Berger and at Hochtief.
