The deal was signed with developer Van Wijnen at the Provada real estate fair in Amsterdam this week. The financial details were not disclosed.

The project is located on Ijburglaan on Zeeburger island in the Dutch capital. Hamburg-based International Campus joins the project as co-developer and investor.
