InterContinental Hotels (IHG) has sealed its seventh multiple development agreement in Germany which will add five new assets in the market.
InterContinental Hotels (IHG) has sealed its seventh multiple development agreement in Germany which will add five new assets in the market.
The first of the hotels to be created under the development agreement with existing owner partner Sierra Hotel Management will be Holiday Inn Express Karlsruhe – City Park. The newly constructed hotel will feature 115 rooms, three multifunctional meeting rooms and ample car parking spaces for guests. It is due to open in mid-2016.
Launched in 1991, the Holiday Inn Express brand opens hotels at a rate of two per week on average across the world and is part of the Holiday Inn portfolio of brands, which is the largest global hotel brand, with the largest global pipeline. There are currently 221 Holiday Inn Express hotels open in Europe and 39 in the development pipeline.
