French privately held investor Inovalis has announced the acquisition of the Club Méditerranée Marine de Sant'Ambrioggio resort on the northern coast of Corsica.
The asset was acquired jointly with savings bank Caisse d’Epargne Provence Alpes Corse and developer Corsea Promotion, with each investor holding an equal share.
The transaction price amounted to €26 mln.
The partners aim to increase the value of the site through the renovation of the property, which is planned to start in October 2016.
Archers and notary firm Pieri advised the buyer. The vendor was advised by Allez & Associés.
