Croatian construction company Ingra is planning to sell up to 10,000 shares, about 25% of its capital, to raise EUR 40 mln next month, newspaper Vecernij List reported. The share issue is designed to finance three projects, including the development of a sport and business facility hall in Zagreb through a joint venture with the Hungarian builder Trígranit. The site would host the handball world championship in 2009, the daily said. The Zagreb-based company will also raise a hotel complex on the Adriatic coast.
