ING Real Estate has sold the Zuiderhof office property in Amsterdam to LB Immo Invest and GLL Real Estate Partners for an undisclosed amount. The building was sold on behalf of a client, ING RE said in a press release on Monday. It dates from 2003 and has a total surface area of 17,533 m[sup]2[/sup] spread over seven floors. It is located in Amsterdam's Zuidas business district.

Zuiderhof is equipped with cold and heat storage systems and is leased to several tenants, including F&C, New World Resources, the VU training hospital and ING Group.
