ING finances 160,000m2 Spanish warehouse portfolio

ING Real Estate Finance has provided a bilateral €37.3 mln term loan to Spanish REIT Axiare Patrimonio Socimi for a portfolio of five logistic warehouses totalling 159,630 m2.
