ING Bank sub-lets in Paris and takes space in Kiev

Dutch bank ING has sub-let part of its office space in the Coeur Defense tower in the Defense business district of Paris to State Street Bank. The US financial services group is leasing 1,800 m[sup]2[/sup] on the 8th floor of the building. ING is still looking for a tenant for another 1,500 m[sup]2[/sup]. The 350,000 m[sup]2[/sup] Coeur Defense is the largest office building in Europe.

Separately, ING Bank took a lease recently on 1,600 m² of space in the 33-floor Parus building which opened for business in the centre of the Ukrainian capital Kiev a few months ago.

Dutch-based property advisor DTZ Zadelhoff acted for ING Strategic Real Estate Management in both transactions.
