Simon Stringer has joined Infrared's European Real Estate business as head of Financial Management in the Finance team. His role will involve taxation and financial due diligence, deal structuring, sourcing and monitoring bank financings and investor reporting.
He joins from Frogmore, where he spent two years working as a fund accountant for their two opportunity funds with a particular focus on joint venture investments.
Cedric Vallin is taking the position of Investment Executive within the origination team. He will be primarily responsible for sourcing investments in the French market but also supporting origination efforts across other target markets for Infrared's European Real Estate business such as Germany, the UK or Poland. He joins from AEW Europe in London where he spent four years in their Investment team working on transactions across multiple European jurisdictions and sectors.
Keith Butcher has joined Infrared's European Real Estate business as Investment director within the Asset Management team. His role will encompass responsibility for all aspects of asset management, from input on new acquisitions and development of added value strategies through to active management of acquired properties and completion of project business plan objectives including exit. Butcher will pay particular attention to the retail sector, both in the UK and across mainland Europe.
