IB Real Estate provides research, data, reports, news articles and opinions, with nearly all of the major European real estate agents and other major industry research providers contributing content, including BNP Paribas, Savills, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Blackstone, TH Real Estate, INREV, and PropertyEU.

Infabode is seeking to raise a minimum of £140,000 through the crowdfunding to accelerate the rollout and further development of IB Real Estate, which was launched in March 2016. It will use the proceeds to increase awareness and improve the functionality of the hub, before consideration is given to other industries which would benefit from having industry information in one place.

The platform is free of charge to both users and content providers. All content uploaded to Infabode is done behind a firewall and though a branded company profile, with links through to the company’s website.

'We have set up the IB Real Estate Hub to provide individuals with information on the global real estate market in one place for the first time. We are solving the problem of time spent accessing real estate research, information and data. Users can come to one platform and access  key information  rather than spend hours looking for information on different websites,' said Matt Partridge, CEO of Infabode.

He added: 'We are now seeking further funding to expand the platforms ‘big data’ capabilities, as well as raising awareness of our product to the industry.'

A number of industry investors have already invested in Infabode, including Rodney Bysh, the CEO of Cording Real Estate Group and Chairman of Infabode, John Partridge, the founder of a number of major investment management businesses, and Andrew Baum, a leading academic in the real estate industry and Chairman of Property Funds Research.
