Property agent Colliers International has announced the appointment of Peter Leyburn as EMEA director of Client Services.
Leyburn joins from CBRE where has most recently been a senior director in the EMEA Office Agency and Tenant Rep team. He has over 20 years of experience having held senior positions at DTZ/Cushman and CB Richard Ellis in the past.
He will be based in London with responsibility for Colliers EMEA Client Programme, running the run EMEA Offices Business team and acting as the senior client contact working across all the office agency and tenant rep teams across the region.
Separately, Colliers has announced the appointment of Dariusz Forysiak as associate director in its CEE Investment Services team. He will be responsible for the development of the specialized Retail Investment business line within the investment services department, focusing on advisory in the purchase and sale of retail properties, development of relationships with investors and retail operators active on the Polish market and origination of new retail-focused capital.
Forysiak has 19 years of professional experience at IKEA in Poland, Sweden and Lithuania where he held the positions of Store Support, Supply Team Leader, Business Developer, Lease Manager and Acquisition Manager.
For the past three years, as the acquisition manager in IKEA Centres Polska, he was responsible for business development and company’s investment plans.
