German housing company Industria Wohnen has acquired a development project with 152 apartments in Fellbach near Stuttgart for €36 mln.

German housing company Industria Wohnen has acquired a development project with 152 apartments in Fellbach near Stuttgart for €36 mln.

The apartments are spread over seven residential properties with 12,230 m2 and 188 underground parking spaces. Frankfurt-based Industria acquired the portfolio on behalf of its €200 mln Energy-Efficient Housing real estate fund. The vendor is Fünfte Weisenburger Beteiligungs. Completion is expected by mid-2016.
