In the latest deal, which was first reported by React News, Pontegadea has purchased a 87,000 m² warehouse in Roosendaal close to the Belgian border for circa €100 mln from Blackstone.

Located at Wagonstraat 1 in Borchwerf 2 business park, the asset is fully let to fashion retailer Primark, which uses it to service the Dutch, Belgian and northern French markets. Primark has a 10-year lease on the build-to-suit property, which is operated by DSV on its behalf.

Blackstone purchased the asset in February 2022 from German firm Dietz, which in turn bought it from developer Logistics Capital Partners (LCP) for €75 mln in 2015.

Blackstone was advised on the sale to Pontegadea by NL Real Estate and Knight Frank.

The deal follows Pontegadea’s acquisition of a 103,000 m2 warehouse in Venlo for €105 mln last June.
