Imorendimento, the Portuguese company active in institutional real estate investment and asset management, is developing a business park in Paços de Ferreira, Northern Portugal. The project involves an investment of EUR 25mln.
Paços de Ferreira, located in Oporto's Metropolitan Area, is being targeted for large investments, including the first Ikea plant in the Iberian Peninsula.
Named after the property fund Multipark, the business park covers a total area ofapproximately 100,000 m2. Multipark will have parking spaces for 630 vehicles and offer some additional facilities, including restaurant areas and services.
In addition to buildings designed for retail, services and warehousing uses, Multipark will have an Express by Holliday Inn hotel with 96 rooms. The investment in the hotel unit will total EUR 7mln. Portuguese architect Vitor Martins is responsible for the design and landscaping.
