The ImocomInvest OPCI investment fund managed by ImocomPartners has bought a portfolio of four retail parks in France for a total of €33 mln.

The acquisition was financed by lender Crédit Foncier.

The assets provide a combined 23,000 m2 of retail space in the cities of Annecy, Dijon, Troyes and Molsheim. They were acquired in two separate transactions with the Casino Group and JMP Expansion.

Casino, advised by Wargny-Katz, sold the Annecy, Dijon, Troyes properties while JMP Expansion divested the asset in Molsheim, in a deal advised by White Stone and Chardon-Tarrade.

Law firm Ginisty acted for the buyer.
