CEE property developer-investor Immofinanz has signed a letter of intent to sell several office properties in Viena to S Immo, in which it owns 50% plus one share, for €411 mln.
The transaction will cover six standing assets on Vienna’s Wienerberg with roughly 128,000 m2 of rentable space and one development project with nearly 20,000 m2 of space that will be completed in summer 2023.
The closing is expected to take place in several tranches during 2023.
The management and rental of the buildings of the myhive office brand will be carried out by the Immofinanz team.
The transaction is expected to boost Immofinanz’s portfolio focus within the corporate group.
