The CEE investor announced on Monday that the supervisory board had re-appointed Birgit Noggler to 30 September 2017.
Noggler has been a member of the executive board since October 2011 and her responsibilities as chief financial officer include finance & accounting and real estate finance.
Listed in Vienna, Immofinanz's real estate portfolio comprises 1,810 investment properties in Germany, Austria, Central and Eastern Europe and Russia.
The company is seeking a dual listing of its existing shares on the stock exchange in Warsaw.
