'Due to the strong increase in our earnings we are able to fulfil the wishes frequently expressed by shareholder representatives and institutional investors in the last few years without negatively impacting our opportunities for investment and growth,' Immofinanz director general Karl Petrikovics said. He also pledged that Immofinanz would continue to pay dividends in the next few years.
Based on the current share price, Immofinanz said that the dividend yield was above 3.6%, a yield the company said is one of the best dividend yields among shares listed on the Prime Market segment of the Vienna stock exchange. The dividend discount will take place on 4 October and payout will be made on 5 October.
